1) Qué datos recopilamos

• Datos de compra: email, producto, precio, IDs de orden, estado del pago.
• Datos técnicos: timestamps UTC, User-Agent, eventos del sistema, hashes de archivos, logs de descarga y accesos.
• IP: se almacena cifrada (AES-256-GCM) y se utiliza para seguridad/fraude. En vistas normales aparece enmascarada.

No solicitamos datos sensibles innecesarios. Los datos de tarjeta no los recibimos directamente — el pago lo procesa el proveedor (PayPal, Transbank/Webpay u otro).

2) Para qué usamos tus datos

• Procesar compras y entregar productos digitales.
• Prevenir fraude y abuso.
• Cumplir obligaciones legales y contables.
• Responder a reclamos, disputas o contracargos.

3) Base legal

Tratamos datos bajo bases como ejecución de contrato (entrega del producto), interés legítimo (seguridad y antifraude) y cumplimiento legal (contabilidad/tributación).

4) Retención de datos

• Conservamos evidencia de órdenes y logs antifraude por un período orientativo de 540 días (aprox. 18 meses).
• Luego, eliminamos o anonimizamos datos cuando sea razonablemente posible, salvo obligación legal distinta.

5) Compartición con terceros

Podemos compartir datos mínimos necesarios con:

• Procesadores de pago (PayPal, Transbank/Webpay u otros) para procesar transacciones.
• Proveedores de infraestructura (hosting, base de datos, almacenamiento, email) para operar el servicio.
• Autoridades cuando exista obligación legal.

No vendemos tus datos personales.

6) Seguridad

Aplicamos cifrado de IP, tokens firmados para descargas, registros append-only de eventos, control de acceso administrativo y backups. Ningún sistema es 100% infalible.

7) Derechos del usuario

Según tu país, puedes tener derecho a acceso, rectificación, eliminación, oposición, limitación, portabilidad o reclamo ante autoridad. Para ejercerlos contáctanos indicando tu email y, si aplica, número de orden.

Summary: These Terms govern the purchase and use of digital products (including Manuel Villegas's digital book) and boxing-related products offered by Club Boxeo Osorno ("we", "us", "the Club"). By purchasing, accessing or downloading, you agree to these Terms.

1) Definitions

• Digital Product: downloadable file in PDF or other digital format (book, training material, guides, etc.).
• Order: a purchase recorded in the platform.
• Delivery / Download: access to files via link/token and/or the "My Downloads" area.
• Evidence/Logs: technical records of the transaction and access (timestamps, encrypted IP, User-Agent, file hashes, system events, download events, etc.).
• Effective delivery: a Digital Product is considered delivered when it is made available to the buyer (download token/link generated and enabled) and/or when there is evidence of successful access/download.

2) Acceptance, eligibility and minimum age

By using the platform, you confirm that:

• You have legal capacity to contract, or you act with authorization from the payment method holder.
• You understand that Digital Products are delivered electronically and may be made available immediately after payment confirmation.
• Minimum age / minors: you must be at least 16 years old to purchase, or purchase under the authorization and supervision of an adult/payment method holder.

3) Products and descriptions

• Product descriptions, formats and contents are provided on each product page.
• Manuel Villegas's digital book is delivered in PDF format, compatible with any device that supports this format (computer, tablet, smartphone, e-reader).

4) Pricing, taxes and currency

• Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.
• Taxes, fees and bank/payment processor charges may vary by country and are the buyer's responsibility unless stated otherwise.

5) Payments and verification

• Payments are processed through officially integrated providers (PayPal, Webpay Plus or others).
• An Order is considered paid when the payment is confirmed by the processor via validated webhook/event and/or API verification.
• We do not guarantee download availability if the payment is pending, under review, disputed or reversed.

6) Digital delivery, links and limits

• Download links may expire as indicated on each product.
• Download count/time limits apply as indicated in the product or Order.
• Files are delivered via signed links/tokens; we do not publish public direct URLs.
• We may block or limit downloads upon reasonable signs of abuse or fraud risk.

7) No-refund policy (Digital Products)

Due to the digital nature (instant delivery and copyability), as a general rule:

• Purchases are non-refundable once the product has been delivered or made available for download (token/link enabled) and, especially, when there is evidence of successful download/access.
• Refunds may be available only if required by applicable law.

In case of genuine technical issues (corrupted or unreadable file):

• We may offer replacement at our discretion, provided the issue is reproducible and verifiable.

8) Copyright and license

• Manuel Villegas's digital book and all Club Boxeo Osorno content are protected by copyright.
• We grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the buyer's personal use only.
• Prohibited: reproducing, reselling, redistributing, sharing, publishing or circulating the content (in whole or in part) by any means, including social media, forums, messaging groups, digital platforms or repositories.

9) Technical evidence, logs and disputes

The platform may record events and metadata for delivery system operation, fraud prevention, support and dispute responses. This may include UTC timestamps, Terms acceptance, encrypted/masked IP, User-Agent, access/download logs, file hashes and payment events.

10) Support

• Support is limited to queries related to access to the purchased product.

11) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not liable for indirect losses.
• Our total liability for an Order shall not exceed the amount paid for that product.

12) Governing law and jurisdiction

• These Terms are interpreted under the law of Chile.
• Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Osorno, Chile, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the buyer's country.

• IP address: stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and used for security/fraud prevention. In normal views it appears masked.

We do not directly receive card details — payment is processed by the provider (PayPal, Transbank/Webpay or other).

2) How we use your data

• Process purchases and deliver digital products.
• Prevent fraud and abuse.
• Comply with legal/accounting obligations.
• Respond to claims, disputes or chargebacks.

3) Legal basis

We process data under bases such as contract performance (delivery), legitimate interests (security/fraud prevention) and legal obligations (accounting/tax).

4) Data retention

• We retain order evidence and anti-fraud logs for an indicative period of 540 days (approx. 18 months).
• After that, we delete or anonymize where reasonably possible, unless a longer legal obligation applies.

5) Sharing with third parties

We may share minimal necessary data with payment processors, infrastructure providers and authorities when legally required. We do not sell your personal data.

6) Security

We apply IP encryption, signed download tokens, append-only event logs, administrative access control and backups. No system is 100% secure.

7) Your rights

Depending on your country, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability or complaints to a supervisory authority. To exercise rights, contact us with your email and (if applicable) order number.
